I've been going to stanborn for over 10 years. I love the service. People are always friendly. I just had my truck worked on today.BUT....The Main reason I'm leaving a review which I never ever do is of the shuttle driver Alfedo. When I tell you compassion, friendly loves to help people and go out of their way it's this guy. He is the main reason I stay with Stanborn. Hes a dinosaur (Vet) he's been there forever as long as I've been coming here. HE might not be a manager or a sales rep of the month but I'd take him on my team working for my business any day of week and over anyone else there. When people say this guy needs a Raise this is the guy that fits that shoe. He definitely doesn't make enough for all he does here. He goes out of his way to get you back to your car or home in timely manner very respectful responsive to you and my kids. I cannot say enough about Alfedo. They say it's the guys in the background that keep things going. Give this man a raise ,a car sometime for his 24+years at this company, well deserved 👏🏽. Keep service the people Alfedo God Bless you.

My customer rep was fantastic, answered all my questions at the end, but more importantly he reassured me I could start coming back to Sanborn to have my Impala serviced. I stopped, I thought 3 years ago, but apparently it was 4 years ago when the Quick Oil Change said they could not do after market wheels after doing my Impala for a couple of years. I was very sad, Sanborn contributes to CHP 11-99 Foundation, so imagine when I retired from CHP and found Sanborn.
