Best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced thank you Andrew, Chevy service dept of Lodi ca.

I was greeted by several people and offered refreshments. San was my sales consultant. He had great customer service and helped get me information I requested from the truck that I was interested in. He promptly answered any questions that I asked. Most importantly, he was considerate of the personal time commitment that I had to put forth in buying a vehicle. He made it an overwhelmingly positive buying experience.

Went in for a recall and it was done in about 90 minutes. The people there were so friendly and the waiting area as well as the restrooms was so clean.

Just used the quick line station around 4pm. In and out within 30 minutes. Super quick and replaced my air filter/cabin filter and alerted me to nails in my tire. Although they couldn’t fix the nail problem but did point me into the direction to get it fixed. Friendly service.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our buying experience at Sanborn. We built and ordered an SUV which we have never done before, but our salesman, Jake, made the process so easy for us. Jake was professional and responsive with communication, and his no-pressure way of selling us a car made us very comfortable. Knowing that we had a newborn at home, Jake went out of his way to make a house visit for us to finish up some paperwork which was much appreciated and unexpected. Overall, we would recommend Jake and the team at Sanborn to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

This was the best experience I have ever had a at a dealership. I have purchased 4 other Chevy vehicles at 3 other dealerships and this was hands down a smoother more pleasant transaction in every way. Mike the Sales Manager and San the Salesman were great to work with. They kept me updated every step of the way on my vehicle order and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. From Day 1 Mike patiently went through every option and didn’t make me feel rushed to make sure I customized my 2500 Silverado exactly how I envisioned. From then on he provided me weekly updates until one day San took the time to send me a video of my truck being unloaded and delivered to the dealership because he knew I was eagerly awaiting its arrival. Financing exceeded my expectations and they helped me get the interest rate I wanted. I have interacted with multiple people in different departments at Sanborn and everyone there puts the customer first.

My car broke down in a month after buying. I bought it to transport my paraplegic daughter, I bought it straight out but couldn't purchase an extended warranty in fear of not being able to make the payments. The little warranty that was on it was just up. Your service department stepped up and helped me fix the car. You helped me save my job and support my daughter. For free, I will be back whenever I need service. I will be bringing my car there for service in the future. I am not usually in a position where money is a problem. But the one time I was. YOU GUYS WERE THERE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great service and friendly staff. I usually take my vehicle to Mataga in Stockton and will no longer be doing that. Sanborn exceeded my expectations and they're conveniently located just around the corner from my office!

After initially having a less then great experience with the folks over at Sanborn Chevy, Paul & San where determined to make it right & they did. I am pleased with their effort to make amends & we were able to make a deal on the vehicle I was looking for. Overall very pleased with the service & courtesy of these two gentleman.
