The Sanborn Chevrolet family cares about you and your family.  Without a question our top priority has been the health and well-being of our customers and associates, and to no lesser extent, the health and well-being of the community in which we operate. In light of the Covid-19, and working with this fluid situation. You may find yourself shopping on-line at home, and/or finding your vehicle needs servicing or need body repairs.  Our team is actively sanitizing doors, door handles, counters and surfaces, stirring wheels, dash and gear shifts on every arriving and departing vehicle , and have sanitary stations and masks available in each department.  In addition to those efforts, we are offering the following ways to assist you during this time:

New Car and Truck Purchases

With our Chevrolet online retailing through the Shop Click Drive platform on our  website, we  have the ability to assist you virtually.  Simply browse our inventory – and start the buying process right at home.  The form you fill out will come to our team with the vehicle you are interested in, and we will provide you quotes and discuss your options by phone or via email exchange.  All vehicle descriptions and features are well stated on-line, and we are here to answer any questions you have.  Call us at (209) 371-8648 for details and to start your buying process from home.

Service Department

Need your vehicle serviced?  Call us at (209)371-8640 to set an appointment.  Let us know if we can arrange to pick-up and drop-off your vehicle for service. Simply let our Service Advisor know the issues or maintenance needs of your vehicle, and one of our Sanborn Drivers will come to your home, or place of  employment, to pick-up your vehicle.  If you prefer to come in, calling ahead will save you time.  When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and one of our Service Writers will meet you in the drive with your appropriate paperwork. You do not ever need to leave your vehicle until you are ready to leave.  Our Advisors will call you once a diagnosis has been made so you can approve any necessary work.  Our Drivers will arrange to return

Cleaningthe vehicle to you, or provide you with a courtesy transportation vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop (as there are a limited number available, we be advised to confirm ahead of time).

Please be aware our shuttle and waiting rooms have been suspended for the time being, but we hope to return this service to you very soon.

Quick Lube Center

While this center provides oil changes on a first come first served basis, one of our Quick Lube Representatives will meet you on the drive and check you in. You are welcome to stay in the vehicle for the entire time it is being serviced, pulling it into the shop as well.  If you decide you would like to wait, we do have a waiting room available with spaced out seating.  A new offering we have for a nominal fee, is we will also pick up and drop off your vehicle to you at your home or place of employment.  Call us at (209) 371-8646 to arrange a pick-up and drop-off service appointment.

Body Shop

If your vehicle was in a collision or is needing body repairs, now might be a good time to be without your car.  Call us at (209)365-4222 to set an appointment time for an estimate.  If you are concerned with social distancing, on arrival, stay in your vehicle and call the number above to let the Estimator know you have arrived.  Your Estimator will meet you in the drive to view your vehicle and write-up an estimate.  You do not ever need to leave your car.  Our Estimators will call you once an estimate is complete to discuss the options.  If you wish to proceed with your repairs, an appointment will be made and directions for dropping the vehicle will be discussed with you.  We will arrange for one of our Drivers to deliver the vehicle to you at your home or place of place of business.

Parts Department

Call us at (209)369-0218, or email us at Pat@sanbornchevrolet.com with the part name, VIN # and year / make  / model of the vehicle along with your name, business name, phone number and email address.  You can also order parts on-line at https://www.sanbornchevrolet.com/parts/partsorderform/.  We will locate your part and arrange for its pick up through our Cashier window or we can arrange to have it delivered to you.  Local orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
